1. Subject:
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between SON PET and any person visiting or placing an order on this Website.
The customer acknowledges having read and understood these general terms and conditions of sale, the prices, and the descriptions of the products offered.
2. Product presentation:
Despite the care taken, the photos of the products shown are not contractual.
3. Use of products:
The product descriptions include instructions for use.
Customers must read and follow these instructions before using the products.
4. Validity period of sales offers:
Products are offered for sale while stocks last. If a customer orders a product that is no longer available, they will be informed as soon as possible by email.
For special creations, this is done to order.
5. Product prices:
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of a change in the VAT rate, in the event of an error, or at the discretion of suppliers.
6. Order:
The customer confirms their order by clicking on the "buy now" link after accepting these terms and conditions of sale. SON PET confirms the order by email and lists all the items in the order. The data recorded by SON PET constitutes proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. This is archived in accordance with legal requirements and time limits. The customer can access this archive by contacting customer service.
7. Payment terms:
Orders can be paid for by bank transfer, credit card, or check. Payments made by bank transfer must include the order ID as the payment reference. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received. All goods remain the property of SON PET until full payment has been received.
8. Delivery and returns:
8.1 SON PET delivers items in France and Europe. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided to us. Any errors in the contact details that result in additional costs will be charged to the customer. If the order is returned to us, it may either be reshipped at the customer's expense or canceled, but only the order amount will be refunded (not the shipping costs). All products are delivered without any guarantee of delivery times, but we do our utmost.
8.2 Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Anomalies:
9.1 Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken or spilled products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reservations, accompanied by the customer's signature. The customer must immediately report the anomaly to customer service so that a claim can be made to the carrier.
9.2 Any defect in an item must be reported to customer service before anything else. However, items that have not been used as intended cannot be refunded. Please note that toys are not indestructible and should therefore be removed if they are damaged.
10. Shipping costs:
In order to offer the fairest prices, shipping rates are adjusted and vary according to the weight of your package. Free pickup is available in Saint-Viance by appointment.
